aspiring communicator, writer, & designer in a big, wide world. aka:

Lucy

Kratman

In elementary school, I started a class newsletter I wrote and printed, meant to share the juicy updates of the fourth grade. I led a team of two co-writers and published every week. When college applications rolled around a decade later, I knew what I needed to do; go back to my roots.

I seemed to always be searching for the right words rather than finding the perfect words for me. I finally let myself embrace every piece of me – I split oranges as I recap my day because my triplet siblings were always there with listening ears and waiting hands, I take notes wherever I go because my high school journalism teacher taught me there are stories everywhere, and I snap every sunset because I know my parents are watching the same one back home.

I’ve nurtured the young Lucy who wanted to tell stories, becoming a writer, marketer, communicator, journalist & designer. It hasn’t been easy but oh, it’s been fun. How lucky am I that my journey is just beginning. Here’s to many more fun beginnings!
